アプリで削除

アカウントの削除は、アプリの設定 > アカウント設定 > アカウントの削除で行えます。
Account deletion can be performed via Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account in the app.

フォームで削除依頼

アプリ外からアカウントの削除をリクエストするには、下記フォームに必要事項を記入してください。
リクエストには削除理由を必ず入れてください。（正当な理由かを判断するため）
また、アカウントの削除前に、メールにて再確認をさせていただきます。
To request account deletion from outside the app, please fill out the required information in the form below.
Make sure to include the reason for deletion in your request (to determine if it is valid).
Additionally, we will send a confirmation email before deleting your account.

**注意:**
アカウントが削除されると、対象のデータが永久に失われます。
Warning: Once your account is deleted, the associated data will be permanently lost.
